Decisions provides an extensible, graphically configured platform, enabling companies to drastically reduce their time to market for their applications. We enter into specific partnerships to deliver applications in a number of market segments. Our partnership model is flexible, we deliver AND we are fun to work with!

Our History
The core Decisions technical team has been working together for over ten years. During that time, we have been involved in a number of projects and successful ventures in diverse vertical industries, including:

We have seen technology evolve rapidly during the past decade, transforming from database centric to client server to web. The foundational needs of businesses remain the same: provide greater optimization, configuration and visibility into core business functions. As delivery models have evolved, so have we. Decisions focuses on building best of breed applications while giving our partners the flexibility of delivery models. Our platform operates in the cloud, on premise or in a hybrid approach.
Our technology focus has never changed. It has been to deliver an experience that gives more control and configuration ability to administrators. Specifically, we allow programmers to build things that can be configured by non-programmers in a way that is safe, visible and flexible. This challenge has driven us to create numerous technologies in use today at some of the world's largest and most innovative companies.

Decisions is looking for dedicated technology professionals to join our growing team in the following areas:
Process Analyst
Work with the product team to define and develop business processes to support our clients and product development efforts. Clear understanding of business processes, technical writing and proficiency in common technology tools is a must. 2-5 years similar experience preferred.Please forward samples of diagrams with resume.
Director of Services
Proven track record in service delivery, support, training and enablement. 8+ years of experience required.
Technical Support
Entry level position working with customers in technical support and technical writing. Bachelors degree required.
